My name is Anastasia Makratzi and I am a teacher, a counsellor, researcher and a reiki master therapist founder of the anthropocentric Self Communication and Relation approach. I have been working many years now on how to be in full functionality in our everyday life, and how to help our children to be happy, full functional persons, not to be afraid to work in order to accomplish their dreams, desires, and core needs. I have written a lot of books with "writing in white" I have got a specialization (PhD) and I am counselling and teaching for Space and Time Disorder (STD) prevention, identification and therapy.

1. Each disorder or trauma has got different characteristics and has been created as a result of many different reasons so needs a specific way of therapy. The method that I present can be used as a supplementary with other types of therapy so it can meets the needs of a variety of types of trauma but it is for children who can communicate and play in some way.


2. Does becoming a play therapist enable me to also connect myself and the children to the inner child?
Yes, play can help you to connect with the inner child

3. The play therapy is meant for children of what age range specifically?
This method as it is presented here is for children 4-6 or 7 years old. But I use it even with adults.

I ’ve got a PhD in Science of Education, I am a certified counsellor and certified Master Life Coach, Certified Happiness Coach, Certified Life Purpose Coach, Certified From Goal to Success Coach, Certified Group Coach, Certified Life Story Coach, alternative emotional therapy practitioner, certified N.L.P. practitioner, researcher, I am a kindergarten teacher, author, publisher and mother. My particular area of specialism is anthropocentric, human-centered development and change, and I have written a number of books in this area. I graduated from the University of Preschool Education of Athens in 1985, got the degree of Early Childhood Education Department of the University of Ioannina in 2001, a retraining diploma in Education Science from the Department of Preschool Education, of University of Crete in 2003, when with a scholarship from the State Scholarship Foundation I started my doctoral thesis on the perception of space and time, in Early Childhood Education Department of the University of Ioannina , and I got my PhD in Science of Education in 2011. In an effort for a holistic approach of space and time, I was trained in alternative energy healing which I now have as a therapist as well as a teacher and experienced in a four-year trainee program the person-centred approach and the omnidirectional interventionism (NDI) for psychotherapy and pedagogy from which I graduated in 2014. Since 2014 I have been studying and practising about Life Coaching. Since 1985 a have been working as a kindergarten class teacher and as an assistant in the pre-service teachers students in the Department of Preschool Education of University of Crete and as an instructor for the courses of pedagogy-for small children and children’s literature in the Department for assistant teacher for toddlers and the Department for preschool activities of creation and expression of D.I.E.K. Crete. I also work as a counsellor, life coach and Reiki practitioner and teacher.

I am an expert on self-communication and relation creator of the standardized questionnaire S.co.re© (Self Communication & Relation for ages 18-60) as well as of the standardized S.T. e -Test© (Space Time Electronic Test for ages 4-6 year old) both in electronic and conventional – paper and pencil versions, founder of anthropocentric approach S.co.re© for counselling, pedagogy, coaching and therapy and “writing in white”© play therapy, which with as well as with all the other tools that I have as a teacher, coach, counsellor and alternative practitioner I educate and coach children to be in the core of their abilities and I empower and facilitate counsellors, parents, teachers and other caregivers on the core values and practices of Anthropocentric S.co.re approach.
